"Mitfahrgelegenheit" Editorial Follow-up

Yesterday I posted about my trip from Zurich back to Munich with the carpool option I found through the Mitfahrgelegenheit Web site. I was to meet the guy at Zurich HBF at 17:30. He never came. I wandered around at the meeting place, tried to call him, waited half an hour, then just went and bought a train ticket to Munich. So I guess it's an example of 'easy come- easy go.' I would have paid hardly nothing to ride with him, but I guess bad/no service shouldn't be a surprise when you're not paying much... and when you're not working with a business, but rather just a person who happens to have a car.
